New Year, New You?!

The New Year is upon us and with it comes the challenge of those resolutions!

Health and fitness is at the top of many people's lists and yet few succeed beyond the first few weeks due to injury, overtraining or unrealistic expectations.

Our physiotherapists, due to their expertise in assessment and rehabilitation, are ideally placed to help you identify realistic and beneficial goals for your physical health. Whether it's to improve your cardiovascular fitness, posture, strength, flexibility, core stability or even if you have a goal in mind like the London Marathon we'll be able to help you safely and effectively succeed!

Why not start the new year with an individual session of Pilates with any one of our trained Physiotherapy and Pilates specialists: Helen, Camilla and Georgia.

Alternatively you could have a flexibility check or a functional movement assessment to help identify risk factors for injury and to improve these before they cause a problem.
