New office, new phones and new IT in 2010!
Some would say we were mad - and I think that we would probably agree, but finally as 2010 draws to an end it seems that we have successfully implemented our new IT and phone system and in October we even managed to relocate our office to a more central location - Central House in Godalming!
Our new IT system provides better communication between our clinics, an accurate database of all our patients and medical contacts and enables us to send out appointment reminders and log calls to our office which ultimately means that we can offer a more efficient service to all our patients. Importantly, given the recent problems it also enables us to remotely operate our office in times of crisis....like snow for instance!!
