There’s no business like snow business!
Congratulations to those of you who successfully managed to negotiate the snow and attend your appointments. Unfortunately for some patients (and physios) the snow was just too deep and the roads too icy but I am proud to say that despite a few hiccups (and amendments to our emergency plan) Bevan Wilson managed to continue to operate remotely during the snow and we even managed to keep at least one clinic open each day for both planned and emergency appointments. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our Administrative Team and physiotherapists for their hard work in rescheduling large numbers of appointments and we would like to thank you all for your Dunkirk spirit and also your patience during those testing few days.
As we head rapidly towards Christmas it seems fairly inevitable that we will have more snow before the winter is out and we will endeavour to stay open and offer as efficient, effective and friendly service as possible.
Should the snow return we would ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you will be unable to attend your session as the conditions are likely to significantly vary between our clinic locations. You can call us on the usual number 01483 424505 and you can also check out our News section for any amendments to clinic opening times.
You helped me after a stroke and with knee and back injuries. Thanks!
