Balance Booster Class
Bevan Wilson's Balance Booster Classes are held at Age Concern, Waverley.
The present class is coming to an end and we are booking for the next class.
The classes are for anyone who experiences mild loss of balance, for example, finds standing on one leg difficult; people who feel they wobble a bit on walking or standing still; anyone with a history of falls or fear of falling and people with reduced mobility.
A wide spectrum of balance and coordination problems can be dealt with in the classes as the exercises are adapted for each individual.
The course runs as a block of 5 consecutive classes and the cost is £50.
Classes are held at Rowley’s, Age Concern, Cranleigh.
