There are very few sporting activities that do not rely on balance and agility, it is therefore understandable that working on these areas can significantly improve your performance and reduce your risk of injury.

 

Bevan Wilson Physiotherapists are committed professionals and we see our relationship with athletes as a collaboration, we supply the technical expertise to enhance your commitment and passion for your sport. Our Physiotherapists are used to working as part of a team within sports clubs and organisations to maximise athletes’ potential, reduce injury rates and manage injuries when they do occur.

 

We utilise a wide range of skills and specialist equipment to assess and improve your balance and agility, from basic exercises to advanced workouts all designed to help your individual performance.

 

Our work utilises techniques from Pilates, Yoga, Ballet and Gymnastics but we also use more traditional equipment such as bungy cords, agility ladders and balance pads. Our exercises are designed to allow you greater speed, direction changing and reflex reactions.
