Helen Jermy
Helen is a highly respected musculo-skeletal and sports physiotherapist with over 15years experience in both the NHS and private practice.
With a master's degree in manipulative physiotherapy she has advanced skills in treating and rehabilitating sports, spinal and other musculo-skeletal problems.
Helen utilises many different types of treatment including joint and connective tissue mobilisation and stability muscle retraining including gymballs, functional movement screening and Pilates in which she is a qualified teacher. She also uses video running analysis with her athletes and has specialist golf injury skills including our Golflex screening tool.
Helen is also acupuncture trained and when she is not working loves to exercise including spinning and running.
