We’re recruiting!..Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Sports Masseurs
Are you a HCPC-registered physiotherapist or osteopath looking to build a career outside of the NHS or big corporates, but with opportunities for promotion, career development and potentially part-ownership?
Are you a self-motivated team-player with a strong work ethic and wish to move into, or further develop your Private Practice career? Would you enjoy clinical autonomy within a supportive environment; minimal accident claim work and a varied musculoskeletal caseload, within a small multi-site practice, but with opportunities to part-specialise in areas such as Pilates, brace fitting, mobility and falls or sports injury rehabilitation, should you wish?
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and personable HCPC-registered Physio or osteopath to work across two of our Guildford, Godalming or Wonersh Clinics on a part or full-time basis.
Do you enjoy utilising a mixture of ‘hands-on’ skills and rehabilitation? Are you confident to work independently but enjoy being a team-player? Are you a detail-oriented, organised and caring professional who will go the extra mile to help patients achieve their maximum potential? Can you connect, engage and motivate your patients and do you recognise the benefit for patients, clinicians and the practice in building and nurturing life-long, family group relationships, built upon confidence and trust?
Are you confident to build relationships with Consultants, GPs, healthcare professionals and others. Are you an enthusiastic learner looking to develop your skill-set, including opportunities to develop your manual therapy skills; teach clinical Pilates; provide hand therapy and splinting; injury prevention screening, neuromusclular electrical stimulation (NMES) and brace fitting? Can you manage your time effectively, maintain up to date notes and prepare letters and reports on time?
With a reputation built over 25years, excellent clinic facilities, and experienced clinicians, we are looking for new physiotherapists or osteopaths to join our expanding Team. We value learning and sharing new skills; manual therapy, exercise therapy, rehabilitation and injury prevention are all important to us, as well as soft-tissue skills, taping, acupuncture, electrical stimulation and brace fitting. Our ‘core’ patients are members of the public but we have also worked with the Lawn Tennis Association, Harlequins RFC, Equestrian Australia, Arsenal FC, England Women’s FC, and you’ll have the opportunity to work and share ideas with all team members, gaining unique perspectives and enhancing both your practical and clinical reasoning skills.
Although we are able to provide intensive training, applicants should ideally have some prior experience working in musculoskeletal outpatients and, or private practice, and need to be HCPC and CSP registered. Membership of Physio First, ACPSEM, MACP or other appropriate interest groups would be beneficial but is not essential. Our patients expect a combination of manual therapy, soft-tissue techniques and exercises and wish to receive a high level of service and support.
Use of a car is essential as the role will be split between sites, may include some off-site work and will include some evening and possibly alternate Saturday half-day work. As a private practice, applicants should feel comfortable discussing the cost of services and products that would benefit the patient including equipment rental, exercise products, braces, muscle stimulation, shockwave etc.
This role lends itself to either self-employment or employment (depending on circumstances) with competitive remuneration and an excellent employee benefits package including subsidised sports club membership and private pension. In-house and external CPD opportunities available.
Competitive salaries, based upon experience.

We are also experiencing strong demand for home-visit physiotherapy, along with demand for podiatry, sports massage and rehabilitation services. We are now therefore recruiting for several positions at our Guildford, Godalming and Wonersh Clinics:
- Outpatient and community-based older person rehabilitation and neurological physiotherapists – part-time, flexible working.
- Sports Masseur / therapist.
- Podiatrist.
